Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Rapsodo device in its original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement unit will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
